The largest printing exhibition in Latin America “ExpoPrint Latin America 2010” was held for 7 days from June 23 through 29, 2010 at the Transamerica Expo Center in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Grafitalia was started on May 9th and successfully closed on 13th at Fiera Milano Hall in Milano, Italy.More than 40.000 visitors have been registered, 14% coming from outside of Italy, 15% increase compared to the 2003 edition of GEC. Sequential Exhibitions (Graphitec in Paris, IPEX in Birmingham and Grafitalia) in Spring in Europe have been completed.The figures of the 2006 edition are outstanding: 41.000 sqm divided into 5 pavilions, 950 exhibitors (577 from Italy, 373 from other countries), coming from 33 countries, with a 37% increase in new exhibitors compared to last edition and official buyer delegations coming from Algeria, Morocco, Poland, Romania, Russia, Egypt, Lebanon, Tunisia and Turkey.

Graphispag is a marathon 7-day show that takes place every 4 years in Barcelona. In 2007, it was held from February 19 through 25 and attracted over 55,000 visitors from Spain, Portugal and overseas. Almost 2,000 companies were represented on 480 stands showing a broad range of prepress, digital, screen and offset printing, materials, finishing and related services.

B3 house R G Printing buys first B2 Komori press
17th July, 2006: RG Printing bought the newly launched Komori Lithrone S 529 after seeing it at Ipex, the first B2 press for the B3 print house. The South Wales based commercial printer prides itself on its quality and service, with a mission statement “Small enough to care, large enough to cope”. The in-house design and production capabilities are utilised by its 300 strong Welsh customer base. One of its B3 presses needed replacing twelve months ahead of schedule and following much research RG Printing chose the Komori Lithrone S 529 to provide a quantum leap in quality and turnaround time, attributes which will take the company forward. The purchase, supported by HSBC bank, is a huge expansion for R G who see the investment as a springboard into new markets. The company is in the enviable position of having B2 work readily lined up from its customers, which include government, universities and housing associations, but also hopes the press will open doors into new sectors.

The Graphic Arts Show Company released final attendance numbers, and 19,000 attendees from 94 countries around the globe visited the 680 exhibitors over the course of the six day exhibition. Attendance was significantly lower than Print 05, primarily due to the poor global economic condition.

Grafitalia 2009(March 24 through 28) report
Komori Italia showed six live demonstrations each day of two Komori sheetfed offset presses during Grafitalia 2009, Milano, on its large 400 sq.m stand : the Lithrone S840HP Perfector and the Lithrone 529 H + coater.
